We’re currently working with Housing New Zealand on 12 unit development site and as part of the process have been able to reimagine the duplex typology with our aesthetics. This project involves combining three neighboring sites, each with only one existing dwelling, to make way for the proposed development.

Social housing is an important part of our community and while it is often designed and built with strict financial controls, that doesn’t mean it can’t look good. We’re excited to be involved with the future of Auckland’s social housing projects.
