Martin Road

A simple multi-unit development project where an existing house was retained with some minor renovation work completed on it, and three new dwellings added behind.

While the designs on the new dwellings are simple enough in form, the internal planning arrangement was carefully considered to maximise the footprint for a small land area. Each new dwelling contains an open plan kitchen, dining, and living on the ground floor, with a guest WC, single internal access garage, laundry, and guest bedroom with ensuite. Upstairs contains 3 bedrooms including a master with ensuite and walk in wardrobe, a family bathroom, and second family living space.

We were involved with this project right through from concept design to now starting build on site. Our team coordinated all the necessary sub-consultants effectively to see the Resource Consent through the Council and approved within 7 weeks.
